1. Scope of application
Following Terms & Conditions apply to all orders processed by Vintage Trends SARL.

3. Conclusion of Contract
3.1 Products presented in online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but are rather an invitation to order.
3.2 By concluding checkout process, you submit a binding order for the goods listed in the shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after receiving your order.
4. Right of revocation
4.1 You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is thirty days from the date on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
4.2 In order to exercise your right, you must contact us - goldenladyvintage@gmail.com - by means of a clear statement about your decision to withdraw from this contract. It can be processed also via registered letter sent to the address of company (Vintage Trends SARL 9, rte de Dudelange, L3222 Bettembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg) if that would be your preferable way.
In order to maintain the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.
4.3 You have to send back the goods immediately and, in any case, not later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us about the cancellation of this contract, to us (Vintage Trends SARL 9, rte de Dudelange, L3222 Bettembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg). The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods. Make sure to pack returned item diligently and ship it with tracking number, in order to avoid any damage or loss during transport. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4.4 You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods, if this loss of value is due to a handling that is not necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
4.5 We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

5. Prices
The prices stated on the product pages are final prices. "Special scheme - second-hand goods" applies.
5. Shipping
5.1 Shipping within Luxembourg is free of charge, while delivery within European Union costs 12 EUR and outside of EU 22 EUR.
5.2 On explicit wish of the Client, it is possible to use delivery company of your choice. In such case delivery fee will need to be verified with such.
5.3 If you ship to non-EU country, additional taxes and costs might apply (such as customs duties). Such fees will not be paid by us or charged by us. You will be directly responsible for payment of such towards tax authorities. We suggest to verify it beforehand with these authorities.
5.4 If a parcel is lost despite having been delivered with a receipt, this is to be treated as theft on the part of the recipient. A theft must be reported by the recipient to the shipping service provider and the police. We, as the shipper, will fully assist in clarifying any problem.
6. Payment
Payment can be made in cash on the spot, bank transfer or credit card online.
7. Warranty
The warranty is subject to legal regulations. For all defects occurring during the statutory warranty period of one year from delivery, you have the legal right to subsequent performance. Warranty concerns only hidden defects, it does not cover damages coming from improper use of the Customer. Given the nature of products (vintage), they need to be handled with care.
8. Final Clauses
10.1 Exclusive jurisdiction is Luxembourg.
10.2 Luxembourgish law applies.
