5. Shipping
5.1 Shipping within Luxembourg is free of charge, while cost towards remaining locations is as following:
a) Germany, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Portugal: 12 EUR
b) Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, United Kingdom, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland: 16 EUR
c) Cyprus, Spain - Ceuta and Melilla, Spain - Balearic Islands, Spain - Canary Islands, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Malta, Portugal - Azores, Portugal - Madeira: 25 EUR

5.2 On explicit wish of the Client, it is possible to use delivery company of your choice. In such case delivery fee will need to be verified with such.
5.3 If you ship to non-EU country, additional taxes and costs might apply (such as customs duties). Such fees will not be paid by us or charged by us. You will be directly responsible for payment of such towards tax authorities. We suggest to verify it beforehand with these authorities.
5.4 If a parcel is lost despite having been delivered with a receipt, this is to be treated as theft on the part of the recipient. A theft must be reported by the recipient to the shipping service provider and the police. We, as the shipper, will fully assist in clarifying any problem.
